HealingTheNarrative444

Welcome to Healing The Narrative, a channel dedicated to understanding the deeper stories behind our thoughts, emotions, and relationships.

I am a licensed mental health professional, intern I am passionate about helping people explore the patterns that shape their lives--from attachment to relationships dynamics and self-identity.

On this channel we talk openly about the human experience: the messy parts, the healing parts, and the growth that happens when we begin to understand ourselves with compassion instead of judgement.

Because let's be honest sometimes healing starts when we realize we're allowed to rewrite the story we've been telling ourselves.
